Refund and Returns Policy

Any invoice queries must be notified in writing within 10 days of the invoice date. All goods remain the property of M.C. Construction Equipment LTD until full payment has been received. Orders that have been correctly supplied and are subsequently returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Please note that fitted items, unsaleable goods, and special order items are non-returnable.
